Ingenious manure removal with belts below the plastic slat level in broiler breeder houses

SIMBA is a system for manure removal using belts. It removes manure that is usually stored in the manure pit from the house at regular intervals, significantly reducing ammonia emissions and thus improving the climate situation in the barn. SIMBA is mostly used in broiler breeder houses, where previously, manure was stored in the manure pits for the entire batch.

Advantages

  • Improves the climate in the barn
  • A low jump height of only 20 cm makes reaching the nest easy for the hens and increases nest acceptance
  • An animal-friendly system that is good for the environment
  • Easy to use and clean
  • Very reliable system with safety switches
  • Regular manure removal over the entire batch reduces ammonia emissions
  • Lower risk of flies in the house
  • Low maintenance requirements
  • Easy to install

Technical

  • Corrosion-resistant substructure made of stainless steel
  • The floor underneath the slat level is easy to clean after each batch as the manure belt is wound around the drum
  • Hinged-type front made of plastic
